In 2015, I relocated to Ireland to become an expert in Anti-Financial Crime by working as an investigator on high-risk accounts at a Payments Company for two years.

• Analyzing a significant amount of information (activity, profile, location, documents, etc.)
• Assigning a risk level
• Determining the final decision (maintaining the account, subjecting it to enhanced monitoring, or closing the account).

In 2017,  I joined the Chief Risk Office of a Payments Company.

Here is a list of my key accomplishments:

• Achieved a satisfactory risk rating at the Risk assessment through my work on the gap assessments of multiple internal policies (completed in a couple of months instead of 12 months)

• Conducted a comprehensive review of outsourcing activities, created and implemented an escalation process for complex cases during onboarding, which resulted in improved competitiveness and customer satisfaction

• Contributed to projects with both the first and second lines of defense

• Worked on external and internal audits, conducted a full review and remediation of the global closure process, and successfully delivered numerous projects within tight deadlines, all while working fully remote across multiple regions (US, Mexico, EU).

In 2019, I found an exciting opportunity in an Irish Fintech that sells a CLM software to global Financial Institutions. I accomplished the following:

• Developed a framework within the product by interpreting 96 Anti Money Laundering laws including the requirements from a bank/client/analyst/legal's perspective

• Analyzed the operations process, identified the root cause of challenges, which was the lack of knowledge in Anti Money Laundering, created a training program and delivered live sessions to 70 employees

• Improved the Request For Proposal process to ensure an exceptional client experience from the initial contact through full implementation

I achieved all of these milestones while working fully remote on my own. My training program was a huge success, and in 2022, I was tasked with overseeing the global training strategy for AML and Compliance. I designed the operating model and a comprehensive training program with three levels for all 800 employees, including the C-Suite, utilizing e-learning modules and live masterclasses.

I passed 2 ACAMS certifications : CAMS (Certified Anti Money Laundering Specialist) in 2017 and Advanced Risk Management in 2020) and Prince 2 certification Foundation level in 2021.

In parallel of the work I accomplished on a professional level, I have dedicated all my time to honing my skills in the 3 other ESSENTIAL areas: personal, physical, and spiritual.

Here is an overview of the intense efforts I have put into these fields in the last decade:

• I have participated in multiple online and in-person workshops, courses and seminars (dedicated to therapists and future therapists).

• I have watched thousands of videos.
